Materials:
1 ball each Cream #3 & Country Garden #167  Peaches & Crème by Elmore-Pisgah, Inc.
1 G hook

With cream, ch 6 to form ring.

Rd. 1  Ch 4, (1DC, ch 1 in ring,) 12 times.  Slip stitch to 3nd ch of beginning ch 4. (13 chain ones spaces.)

Rd 2  Ch 3, FPDC around base of THIS ch3, * 1dc in ch 1 sp, FPDC around post of next dc*, repeat from * to * around. End slip stitch to beg. Ch 3. (13 post stitch & 13 dc. Beg chain 3 counts as one dc.)

Rd 3 Ch 3, * FPDC around post next post, 2 dc in next dc,*  (You'll have 2 dc between each post stitch, each round you will add 1 more dc). Repeat from * to * around. End, post stitch around last post stitch, 1 dc around next dc, slip stitch to top of beg ch 3. (13 posts & 26 dc.Beg chain 3 counts as one dc.)

Rd 4  Ch 3, * FPDC first post, 2 dc in next dc, 1 dc in next dc,*  rep from * to * ard. End FPDC around next post stitch, 2 dc  in next dc, slip stitch to top of beg ch 3. (13 posts & 39 dc Beg chain 3 counts as one dc )

Rd 5 Ch 3, *FPDC around first post stitch, 2 dc in first dc, 1 dc in next 2 dc,* Rep from * to * ard. End FPDC around last post stitch, 2 dc in first dc, 1 dc in next dc.  Slip stitch to top of beg ch 3. (13 posts & 52 dc. with 4 dc between posts. Beg chain 3 counts as one dc )

Rd 6 Ch 3, *FPDC around first post stitch, 2 dc in next dc, 1 dc in next 3 dc*, rep from * to * around. End FPDC around last post stitch,2 dc in next dc, 1 dc in next 2 dc, slip stitch to top of ch 3. (13 posts & 65 dc with 5 dc between each post. Beg chain 3 counts as one dc ).

Rd 7  Ch 3,  FPDC around next post stitch, *1 dc in each of next 2 dc, FPDC around post of next dc, * rep from * to * around. End FPDC around next post, 1 dc in next dc, slip stitch to top of beg ch 3 . ( 26 posts with 2 dc between each post Beg chain 3 counts as one dc)                                                                 

Rd 8  Ch 3, *FPDC around first post stitch, 2 dc in next dc, 1 dc in next dc*, rep from * to * , End FPDC around next post, 2 dc in next dc, slip stitch to top of beg ch 3. (26 posts with 3 dc between each post. Beg chain 3 counts as one dc)

Rd 9  Ch 3, *FPDC around first post stitch, 2 dc in next dc, 1 dc in next 2 dc,* rep from * to * around. End 1 FPDC  around next post, 2 dc in next dc, 1 dc in next 2 dc, slip stitch to top of beg ch 3. Fasten of cream.

Rd 10, With post stitches facing you, attach Country Gardens to any post stitch, ch 3, 4 dc in top of post stitch, skip 1 dc, * 1 single crochet in next dc, slip next 2 dc, 5 dc in top of next post stitch, * repeat from * to * around. End slip stitch to beg ch 3. Fasten off. (26 shells)

Materials:
Size 8 knitting needles
Row Counter
6 stitch markers
1 ball Lily's Sugar N Cream Cotton Yarn in Country Stripes

Cast  on 35

Seeding rows 1 to 5: K 1, P 1, K1, P1 across row.

Row 1:  * K 1, P 1, K 1, P 1, K 1 (place marker), k 5, (place marker) *, repeat from
     * to * across row, end (place marker) K 1, P 1, K 1, P 1, K 1.   Slip markers as you come to them.

Row 2 & 4 K 1, P 1, K 1, P 1, K 1,  * p 5,  K 1, P 1, K 1, P 1, K 1 *, repeat from * to * across row, end K 1, P 1, K 1, P 1, K 1.

Row 3:   * K 1, P 1, K 1, P 1, K 1 , (slip next stitch to right hand needle,) 2x, insert left hand needle into the back loops of the two slipped stitches and move to the left needle, then k 2 tog, yo, k 1, yo, sl 1, k 1, psso*, repeat from * to * across row, end K 1, P 1, K 1, P 1, K 1.

Repeat rows 1 to 4 for 8 pattern repeats, then do row 1 again.

Finishing:

Seeding rows 1 to 5: K 1, P 1, K1, P1, across row, bind off. Weave in ends.
