Fresh Peach Pie in a bowl for one

Fresh Peach Pie in a bowl for one

1 fresh peach, peeled, pitted, and chopped
1 T flour
1 1/2 to 2 T sugar
1/3 t cinnaomom
1/2 T water

1. mix all above in mug, stirring til well mixed, microwave 1 min.
2. stir again and microwave 1 min.

Now mix together with fork:
2 T oatmeal
1/3 t nugmeg
1 1/2 to 2 T brownsugar
1  T butter

pour over pie mix in mug, microwave 30 sec.

Variegated Ski Hat 2

This is another hat that I've knitted and designed for the Hat charity in Maine. I have really enjoyed doing these hats each year. You can find the rest of the hats on this blog under free knitting patterns ski hats.                                                                                                             Materials:
Worsted weight yarn in Main
Worsted weight yarn in a variegated color.
Circular knitting needles size 5 & 7
1 set Double pointed needles size 7
Row counter
10 stitch markers
1 yarn needle





With main and size 5 circular needles, cast on 100

Rd 1 to 10: knit 2, purl 2 around.

Rd 11: change to size 7 needles, drop Main and attach the variegated color. Knit.

Rd 12: Purl

Rd 13: Knit

Rd 14: Purl

Rds 15 & 16: drop variegated and with Main, knit, after rd 16, fasten off Main.

Rds 17 to 37:  with variegated knit.

Rd 38: drop variegated, attach Main and knit, place markers after every 10th stitch.

Rd 39: with Main, * knit to 2 stitches before marker, knit 2 tog. Repeat from * ard drop Main

Rd 40: with variegated, knit

Rd 41: with variegated, * purl to 2 stitches before marker, purl 2 tog. Repeat from * ard.

Rd 42: knit

Rd 43: Repeat round 41, fasten off variegated.

Rd 44: with Main, knit

Rd 45: * knit to 2 stitches before marker, knit 2 tog. Repeat from * ard.

Repeat rounds 44 and 45 until 10 stitches remain, change to the size 7 double point needles when needed.

Finishing:

Run yarn needle through remaining stitches, draw stitches up tight, run needle through again, fasten off.

E Hook
Red Heart Red White and Blue variegated yarn.
Pin clasp:
hot glue

 
1)  Ch 30, fold around to form 1/2 bow, with 6 stitches, on right side and 7 sts on left side.turn, sc in second st from hook .( hang on to center of 1/2 bow so you don't loose loop, or secure with a safty pin). sc in next 5 sts. sc through two layers of loop to hold together. sc around loop.(13 sc) sc two layers together as before, sc in last 6 sts. sc 2 more times in last st. (3 sc)sc up foundation ch. around unworked loops of foundation ch. and down other side 2 sc in last st. end off weave in ends. take a piece of yarn about 6 in long and tie in a bow where the 1/2 bow meets in the center. cut the end of the tied bow even. glue the pin back on and you have your God Bless America Pin!

G hook
1 ball Peaches and Crème Cotton Yarn 
1 large button
1 tea towel

ch 10 to form ring, join with slip stitch, ch 3, do not turn.

Rw 1: 5 dc in ring, turn, (6 dc, ch 3 counts as 1 dc).

Rw 2: ch 3, 1 dc in same place, 1 dc in each dc across row, 1 dc in top of turning chain, turn. (6 dc)

Rw 3 to 13 repeat row 2. Ch 3 turn ( 6 dc)

Rw 14: repeat row 2, inc 1 dc at beginning and end, ch 3, (8dc)

Start of Skirt.

Rd 15: working in front loops only this round, ch 3, 2 dc in same place, and  work 2 dc in front loops across row. At end turn and now work on the same row the other side again working the front loops only of the dc's on row 14. (, ch 3 counts as 1 dc, 27 dc). Join with slip stitch.

Rd 16:  ch 3, 1 dc in same place, *1 dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, repeat from * around, end 1 dc in last dc, join with slip stitch, (39 dc)

Rd 17: Repeat round 16 (57 dc). Join

Rd 18: ch 3, 1 dc in same place, *1 dc in next 2 dc, 2 dc in next dc, repeat from around, end 1 dc in last dc Join. (75 dc)

Edging:

Rd 19: : ch 3, 1 dc in same place, *skip 1 sc, sc in next sc, ch 3, 1dc in same place, repeat from * around, end Sl st in bottom of first ch-3. Fasten off and weave in end.

Finishing: need tea towel and large button

Turn skirt over, attach yarn to either side of row 15, ch 12 attach yarn to other side of row 15, then single crochet in chain across row. This is where you hang the tea towel. Weave in the ends, fasten off. Sew button to middle of row 14.

Materials:

     Peaches & Creme Worsted Weight 100 % Cotton Yarn

     Hook size F

Gauge:  Coaster= approximately 5 1/4"

Chain 7,join with sl st to form a ring.

Rnd 1: Ch 4,*dc in ring, ch 1; repeat from* 10 times. Join with a sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch-3. (12dc)

Rnd 2: Sl st in next ch-1 sp, ch 3, dc in same space, ch 1; *2 dc in next ch 1 space, ch 1. repeat from *10 times. Sl st in top of beg ch-3. (12ch-1 sp)

Rnd 3: Sl st across to ch-1 sp, sl st in ch-1 sp,(ch 3,2 dc in same sp), ch1, * 3 dc in next ch 1 sp, ch 1. Repeat from * around. Sl st in top of beg ch 3.

Rnd 4:Ch 3, dc in same st.* sk next dc, sc in next dc, ch 3, dc in same st as sc, sk ch-1 sp, sc in 1st dc, ch 3, dc in  same sp as sc. Repeat from* around. Sl st in bottom of first ch-3. Fasten off and weave in end.

Multiple of 4 +

Row 1: * K 3, p1 *.   Repeat from * to * across row.

Row 2: * K 1, P 3 *.  Repeat from * to * across row.

Row 3: * Wrn to make 1, sl 1, k 2 tog., psso, m 1, p1*. Repeat from * to * across row.

Row 4: * K 1, P 3 *. Repeat from * to * across row.

Repeat rows 1 to 4 for pattern until square.
