Rd 2: Ch 3. In back loops only, dc in each sc around.

Rd 3: Ch 1. Sc in same st. *Make picot (ch3, sl st in 1st chain), sc in next dc.* Repeat from * to * until last st. Sc in last dc, make picot. Join to first sc with a sl st. Finish off.

Rd 4: Attach yarn with a sl st in front loop of any sc in R1. Ch 3. Working in open loops of R1, dc in each sc around. Join to both loops in top of beg ch3 with a sl st.

I enjoyed making that scrunchie. The instructions were so easy to follow and it took no time at all. I will be making more, they make great little bows on gifts.
