Row 1: Knit
Row 2: K 1, * p 3 together, keep on left hand needle, yo ( bring yarn over needle to the back and then under needle) , p 3 together, k 1, * repeat from * to * across row.
Row 3: Knit
Row 4: K 1, P 1, K 1, * p 3 together, keep on left hand needle, yo, p 3 tog, k 1, * Repeat from * to * across row, end last repeat with P 1, K 1.
Repeat
rows 1 to 4 four times or until desired length.
