1: 1 sc in every chain across row, ch 1,
turn.

2: skip sc at base of turning chain, 1
sc in first sc, * 2 ch, sk 2 sts, sc in
next st *. Repeat * to *, end 1 sc in top of turning ch, ch 1, turn.
Row
3: : skip sc at base of turning chain, 1
sc in first sc, *hdc in first skipped sc (on Row 1), sc in next sp, sc in next
sc*. Repeat * to *, end 1 sc in top of turning chain, ch 1, turn.
Repeat
rows 2 and 3 for pattern.
