Materials:  

  Size 10 thread, any color Peaches &
  size 7 crochet hook
 1/2 inch wide Ribbon 


 Chain 12, loosely.
 Rw 1 1 dc in 4th chain from hook and in each chain to end. Ch 1, turn. 
 
Rw 2 1 sc in each of the first 3 dc, ch 4 loosely, skip next 4dc, 1sc in each of the last 2 dc, 1 sc in top of turning chain, ch 1, turn. 

 Rw 3 1 sc in first sc, 13 dc under ch-4, 1sc in last sc, ch2, turn. 
 
Rw 4 skip first sc, and next 2 dc, 1 dc in next dc, (ch2 loosely, skip 1 dc, 1 dc in next dc) 4x, ch 2, 1 sc in last sc. Ch1, turn. 

 Rw 5 1 sc under first ch2, *skip next dc, 2 sc under next ch-2, repeat from *, ending with 1 sc under last ch2, (10sc), ch 1, turn. 

 Rw 6 1 sc in each of first 3 sc, ch 4 loosely, skp next 4 sc, 1 sc in each of the last 3 sc, ch1, turn. Repeat from rows 3-6, 7 times. 

 Rw 7 repeat row 3, do not turn, ch 1, sc evenly around, fasten off. Weave ribbon in and out row 2's ch 4 spaces.

Size 0 knitting needles,
1 ball size 10 thread, variegated, I used America's Best from Elmore-Pisgah, Inc.
2 stitch markers.

Cast 24.

Note: Place markers after the first 3 stitches, and before the last 3 stitches, slip them as you come to them.

Knit 3 rows of seed stitch (K1, P1, K1) for the border.

Row 1: P1, K1, P1, Knit to last stitch, K1, P1, K1.

Row 2: K1, P1, K1, P to last 3 stitches, P1, K1, P1.

Row 3: P1, K1, P1, *(K2 tog) 3 times, (yo, K1) 6 times, (K2 tog) 3 times, rep from * to last 3 sts, K1, P1, K1

Row 4: K1, P1, K1, Knit to last 3, P1, K1, P1.

Repeat Rows 1 – 4, keeping first and last 3 stitches in seed stitch until piece measures 10 inches long.

Knit 3 more rows of seed stitch to make the top border. Cast off and weave in ends.

Primrose Stitch 

Multiples of 3 + 2

For sample, chain 20 ( 3 x 6 = 18 + 2 = 20)




Set up wow: Work (1 sc, ch 2, 1 sc) in 3rd ch from hook, *skip next 2 ch, (1 sc, ch 2, 1 sc) in next ch, rep from * across, ending with 1 hdc in last ch,  ch 3 turn.

Row 1: *3 dc in next ch-2 space (shell made), rep from * across, ending with 1 dc in top of turning ch, ch 2, turn.(counts as first hdc)

Row 2: *( 1 sc, ch 2, 1 sc) in 2nd dc of next shell, rep from * across, ending with 1 hdc in top of turning ch,  ch 3, turn.

Repeat rows 1-2 until you have reached your desired length.
