Materials:
G= hook
Early American Ombre Sugar and Cream Yarn
10" Teddy Bear
American Flag Ribbon 2.5" Wide
Glue gun
Very Easy For beginners: Stitches used:
Sl st= slip stitch sc= single crochet dc= double crochet
Row 1: Ch 31, sc in second st from hook, sc in remainder of the stitches across the row. (30 sc).
Row 2: Put markers as follows: In 3rd, 7 th, sts from both ends. ch 1, sc in first 3 sc, ch 14, sc in next 18 sts or to next marker. Ch 14 sc in last 3 sts.
Row 3: Ch 1, sc across.
Row 4: Ch 1, sc across.
Row 5: Ch 3, 2 dc in same st, 3 dc in each sc across.
Row 6: Ch 3 dc in each dc across.
Row 7-8: Repeat row 6.
Row 9: Ch 3, sc in same st, sc in next st, ch 3 sc in same st, repeat across row. End off. weave in ends.
Use a piece of yarn to tie the back neck together to hold it on bear. Wings 2.5" Ribbon (your choice of color) I used American flag Make a 4 loop bow. Spread out like wings and glue to back of bear. Cut ends at an angle.
Halo: With the ombre yarn.
Ch 30: sl st in first ch, to form a circle. Ch
1, sc in each chain around, sl st in first sc. End off and weave in ends. Have
fun!
