July 2007 Stitch of the Month Crochet
Twin V Stitch
Multiple of 4sts 4- 2 (add 2 for base chain)
G hook, for sample chain 24,
1st row (right side). 2dc into 5th ch from hook, 2dc into next ch, *slip 2cb, 2dc into each of next 2ch; rep from * to last 2ch, skip 1 ch, 1 dc into last ch, turn.
2nd row: ch 3, *skip 2 sts, 2dc into each of next 2 sts; rep from * to last 2 sts, skip 1 st,1 dc into turning chain, turn.
Rep 2nd row for pattern. For square repeat row 2 5 times, fasten way, weave in threads.
