Liver & Onions
3/4 # liver 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sliced onions
3 T butter 1 can tomatoe sauce
cut liver in cubes, brown with onions in butter, add sauce and water, summer 20 minutes. services 4.
This must be a very early one, because the one I remember didn't have tomatoe sauce in it.
