Goulash

 Goulash 

Brown together:

1 lb of hamburger

One medium onion diced 

Drain off all fat 

Add 1 can 303 size , of chili beans with the juice 

One can Rotel tomatoes mild with chili 

Add two or three tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

Stir this all together and lower the temperature and let cook, meanwhile 

Cook a cup and a half of elbow macaroni until al dente, drain and mix with a bean and hamburger mixture, stir well and serve.  I like to serve with garlic bread

Serves 4 to 5 people or one person four to five days
