Materials:
7 hook
1 ball size 10 thread

Note: Double Treble Stitch (DT)~~~Working in front row just make, yo 3 x,  inset hook and draw a loop, (five loops on hook) , yo,  and draw thread through two loops on hook, 3x. One loop remains.

 
ch 6, join with slip stitch to form ring.

Rd 1: ch 3, 13 dc in ring, join with slip stitch.

Rd 2: ch 3, 2 dc in next in same place, * ch 2, 1 dc in next dc, 2 dc in next
         dc, repeat from * around. End with ch 2,  join with slip stitch to top
         of beg ch 3.

Rd 3: ch 3, 1 dc in same place, ch 3, sk next 1 dc, 2 dc in next dc, * ch 1,
         2 dc in next dc, ch 3, skip 1 dc, 2 dc in next dc, repeat from * around,
         end with ch 1, join with slip stitch to top of beg ch 3.

Rd 4: ch 3, * 3 dc, ch 3, 3 dc in next ch 3 sp, ch 3, skip 2 dc, 1 sc in next
         sp, ch 3, skip 2 dc, repeat from * around,  end ch 3, join with slip
         stitch to base of beg ch 3.

Rd 5: Keeping last loop on hook, ch 4, 2 DT in same place, yo, pull
         through all loops, *ch 5, in next ch 3 sp, work 3 DT, ch 3, 3 DT,
         (DT shell made) ch 5, in sc of row 4 and holding last loop on hook,
         work 3 DT, yo, draw through all loops, (3 DT cluster made ) repeat
         from * around,  work last shell, ch 5, join with slip stitch to top of beg
         ch 4.

Rd 6: ch 7, 1 DT in same place, *ch 5, shell over shell, ch 5, skip 5 ch, in
         top of 3 CT cluster stitch, work 1 DT, ch 3,1 DT, ( V stitch made),
         repeat from * around, end ch 5, slip stitch to 4th chain of beg ch 7.

Rd 7: slip stitch to 3 ch sp of V stitch, ch 3, 2 dc in 3 ch sp, * ch 5, shell
         over shell, ch 5, in next  ch 3 sp,  work 3 dc. repeat from * around,
          end ch 5, slip stitch to top of beg ch 3.

Rd 8: ch 3, 1 dc in next dc, * (ch 6, sc in 3 ch from hook) 3x, ch 3, 2 dc in
         next dc, ch 5, in center of next shell work 3 DT, (ch 6, sc in 3 ch from
         hook) 3x, ch 3, 3 DT, ch 5, work 1 dc in next 2 dc ( of 3 dc group),
         repeat from * around, end ch 5, slip stitch  to top of beg  ch 3.

          Fasten off, block as shown in picture.

I wanted something nice to wear when it got cold, with a cable and lace stitches. This scarf was
was what I made, hope you like it.  appx 10 x 59


Materials:
One pair 10 ½ knitting needles
 4 stitch markers
1 row counter
1 U shaded cable needle
4 ply yarn, (I used Caron One pounder in Lavender, you can get this yarn from Jo-Ann's Fabric)
 
Notes: Please note that this pattern is not for beginners
C4F = put first 2 stitches on cable needle, hold to front, k next 2 stitches, then k 2 stitches from cable needle.
SSK = slip 1 stitch knit wise twice, knit both slipped stitch thru back loops.
Slip markers has you come to them.
PSSO = Pass slip stitch over

Cast on 34 stitches.

Up set row: K 3, place marker, knit 11, place marker, k 6, place marker, k 11, place marker, k 3.

Knit 4 more rows.

Row 1: K 3, *( k2 tog, yo} 2 times, k3, {yo, ssk} 2 times*, p 1, k 4, p 1,
*(k 2 tog, yo} 2 times, k3, {yo, ssk} 2 times*, K 3.

Row 2: K 3, p 11, k 1, p 4, k 1, p 11, K3.

Row 3: K 3, *k2, yo, ssk, yo, sl 1, k2tog, psso, yo, k2 tog, yo, k2*. p1, C4F, p 1,
*k2, yo, ssk, yo, sl 1, k2tog, psso, yo, k2 tog, yo, k2*, K 3

Row 4: K 3, p 11, k 1, p 4, k 1, p 11, K3.

Row 5: K 3, *k3, yo, ssk, yo, sl 1-k2tog,  psso, yo, k3*. p 1, k 4, p 1,
*k3, yo, ssk, yo, sl 1-k2tog, psso, yo, k3*.K 3.

Row 6: K 3, p 11, k 1, p 4, k 1, p 11, K3.

Row 7: K 3, *k 4, (yo, ssk} 2 times, k3*. p1,  C4F, p 1, *k4, (yo, ssk} 2 times, k3*. K 3.

Row 8: K 3, p 11, k 1, p 4, k 1, p 11, K3.

Row 9: K 3, *k2, k2tog, yo, k1, {yo, ssk} 2 times, k2*, p 1, k 4, p 1,
*k2, k2tog, yo, k1, {yo, ssk} 2 times, k2*, K3.

Row 10: K 3, p 11, k 1, p 4, k 1, p 11, K3.

Row 11: K 3, *k1, (k2tog, yo} 2 times, k1, (yo, ssk) 2 times, k1 *. p1,  C4F, p 1,
*k1, (k2tog, yo} 2 times, k1, (yo, ssk) 2 times, k1 *, K 3.

Row 12: K 3, p 11, k 1, p 4, k 1, p 11, K3.

Repeat rows 1 to 12 18 times. Then rows 1 to 11 once, knit 5 rows, bind off, weave in the ends, and block.

Materials: 

Peaches & Crème Cotton Yarn by Elmore-Pisgah, Inc. 
1 ball Green #62 

1 ball White #1 
 G Hook 
 8 Small Poinsettia flowers without leaves, by Darice 

Stitches used: Chain stitch, single crochet, double crochet (yo 1), trible crochet (yo 2x), slip stitch. 

 Rd 1 with green, ch 4, to form ring, ch 1, 8 sc in ring, join with slip stitch. 

 Rd 2 ch 1, 1sc, 1dc in same place, and in each sc around, join with s/s to first sc. 

 Rd 3 ch 1, work 1sc and 1 dc in same place, and in each DC around, join to first sc. 

 Rd 4 ch 1, work 1 sc and 1 dc in same place, and in EACH stitch around, join to top of first dc. 

 Rd 5 repeat round 3 join to first dc.

 Rd 6 ch 3, working in front loops only, 4 dc in same place, *skip 1 stitch, sc in next stitch, skip 1 stitch, 5dc in next stitch, repeat from * around, join and fasten off.

 Rd 7 working in back loops, attach white, ch 4, 2 tr in same place, work 3tr in each loop around, join. Fasten off. 

 Finishing: Weave stems of flowers in each inside edge of coaster between the white and green layers. (you can remove the flowers for washing of coasters.)

Rows 19 to 22: drop Blue, with White Knit.

Rows 23 to 26: drop White, with Blue Knit.

Rows 27 to 30: drop Blue, with White Knit. Fasten of White,

Rows 31 to 148 with Blue knit.

Rows 149 to 152: drop Blue, with White Knit.

Rows 153 to 156: drop White, with Blue Knit.

Rows 157 to 160: drop Blue, with White Knit.

Rows 161 to 164: drop White, with Blue Knit.

Rows 165 to 168: drop Blue, with White Knit.

 Materials:

size 15 knitting needles.
1 skein variegated worsted weight yarn.

Cast on 20 stitches.

Row 1: knit all rows until piece is 24 inches long. Then decease 8 stitches evenly across row.



Next row: k2, P2, for 10 inches.

Next row: increase 8 stitches evenly across row. (20 stitches)

Knit all rows until piece is 24 inches long from last row of ribbing.

Cast off, weave in the ends.

Materials:   

One Pair size 10 Knitting needles, 3 markers, 1 row counter.

Yarn: 2 skeins DK (double knitting) weight yarn, One ball Patons Cha Cha to match yarn.

Note: This pattern is written out for beginners to lace knitting. The center marker is a second repeat of the pattern. Use the row counter to count PATTERNS ROWS. This way when you put your knitting down, you will always know which row of the pattern to start on.

Using the Cha Cha, CO 28

Knit 6 or 8 rows. Fasten off. Attach main yarn.

Set up row:

K1, P1, K1, Place marker, (RS): K1, P2, K5, P2, K 1, Place marker, K1, P2, K5, P2, K 1, Place marker, K1, P1, K1.

Start with row 2 of Pattern.

Stitch Patten:

Row 1: (RS): K1, P1, K1, slip marker (sm) as you come to them. K1, P2, K5, P2, K 1, (sm) K1, P2, K5, P2, K 1, (sm)  K1, P1, K1,

Row 2: K1, P1, K1,(sm) K3, P5, K3, (sm), K3, P5, K3, (sm), K1, P1, K1,

Row 3: K1, P1, K1, (sm) K1, P2, K2 tog, yo (bring yarn under the needle, then back over the needle), K1, yo, sIip 1, K1, psso (pass the slip stitch over the stitch just knitted), P2, K1, (sm), K1, P2, K2 tog, yo, K1, yo, sIip 1, K1, psso, P2, K1, (sm), K1, P1, K1 

Row 4: K1, P1, K1, (sm) K3, P5, K3, (sm) K3, P5, K3. (sm), K1, P1, K1

Repeat rows 1 ~ 4 for Pattern stitch until you have most of the yarn knitted up, (end with row 4 of pattern), fasten off, attach the Cha Cha, and knit another 6 to 8 rows, fasten off.

Weave in the ends of the yarn.
