August 2007 Stitch of the Month Knit
A Wrapped Stitch,
Work with a multiple of 4 stitches. plus 2
Size 8 needles,
for sample cast on 26.
Row 1 and all odd-numbered rows: Knit.
Row 2: K 1. * yarn over (yo), p 2. pass yo over 2 p sts just worked and drop. p 2 *; repeat from * to *. ending k in last st.
Row 4: K 1. * P 2. yo. P 2. pass yo over 2 p sts just worked and drop *; repeat from * to *. ending k in last st.
Repeat Rows 2 through 5 for pattern.
