Materials:

Peaches & Crème by Elmore-Pisgah, Inc. Article # 930

1 ball #165 Daisy Ombre

1 ball #1 White

"G" hook


With Daisy Ombre, chain 7, join with sl st to form a ring.

Rnd 1: Ch 4,*dc in ring, ch 1; repeat from* 11 times. Join with a sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch-3. (12dc)

Rnd 2: Sl st in next ch-1 sp, ch 3, dc in same space, ch 1; *2 dc in next ch 1 space, ch 1. repeat from *11 times. Sl st in top of beg ch-3. (12ch-1 sp)fasten off Daisy Ombre, attach white .

Rnd 3: Sl st across to ch-1 sp, (ch 3, 2 dc in same sp), ch1, * 3 dc in next ch 1 sp, ch 1. Repeat from * around. Sl st in top of beg ch 3. (12 ch-1 sp)

Rnd 4: Sl st across to ch 1 sp, (ch 3, 3dc in same place) Ch1, *4 dc in next ch 1 sp, ch 1, repeat from * around. Sl st in top of beg.3. (12 ch-1 sp), fasten off white , attach Daisy Ombre.

Rnd 5: Sl st across to ch 1 sp, (ch 3, 1dc, ch 1, 2 dc in same place). Ch 1, *2dc, ch1, 2dc in next ch 1 sp, ch 1, repeat from * around. Sl st in beg of ch 3. ( 24 ch-1 sp)

Rnd 6: Sl st across to ch-1 sp, (ch 3, 2 dc in same sp), ch1, * 3 dc in next ch 1 sp, ch 1. Repeat from * around. Sl st in top of beg ch 3. (24 ch 1 sp, fasten off Daisy Ombre, attach white.

Rnd 7: Sl st across to ch 1 sp, (ch 3, 1dc, ch 1, 2 dc in same place). Ch 1, *2dc, ch1, 2dc in next ch 1 sp, ch 1, repeat from * around. Sl st in beg of ch 3. (48 ch 1 sp)

Rnd 8: Edging : Sl st to first ch 1 sp, ch 3, 1dc in same place, *sc in next ch 1 sp, ch 3, 1dc in same place as sc, repeat from * around, end Sl st in bottom of first ch-3. Fasten off and weave in end.

I have an easy simple dishcloth for you this time. The two balls needed will make several dishcloths.


 Materials:
 G hook
1 ball variegated Peaches & Crème Cotton yarn
1 ball solid Peaches and Crème Cotton yarn.

Chain 32

Row 1: Dc in 4th in from hook, *skip 2 chains, 3 dc in next ch, skip 2 ch, 2 DC  in each of next  2 ch, repeat from * across row. Turn. 

Row 2: Ch 3, 2 dc in first dc, *skip 1 dc, 1dc in next 2 dc (2 dc group), skip 1 dc, 3 dc in sp between next 2 dc group, repeat from * across row. Turn.

Row 3: Ch 3, 1 dc in next dc, *skip 1 dc, 3 dc between next 2 dc, skip 1 dc, 2 dc in next 2 dc, repeat from * across row, end 2 dc in top of turning chain, turn.

Repeat Rows 2 and 3 four more times, do not fasten off.

Rd 1: ch 2, dc evenly around cloth, placing 3 dc in each corner, join with slip stitch.

Rd 2: ch 2, 1 dc in each dc, at the corner, place 3 dc in corner stitch.

 If you want a larger cloth, do another round of row 2, fasten off, weave in the threads.

Materials:

1 pair circular knitting needle size 7 16 inches long

1 pair knitting needles size 7

2 markers

1 row counter

about 4oz of a worsted weight yarn

2 1 inch buttons that go with the yarn

 

Using the 7 circular needle, cast on for large 98 and for the small size 82

Rds 1 to 7:  k 1, p 1 around, join being careful not to twist stitches.

Divide for front and back, work across the first 48 for large size, the first 41 2nd.

Rw 1: k 3, place marker, inc 1 st 1 time only for small size, p 3, ( on all following rows p 4 ) and increase 2 stitches 1 time only for large size ( large size p 4)  * k 4, p 4,* repeat from * to * across row to last 3 stitches, place marker, k 3. turn   ( 50 stitches for large, 42 stitches for small)

Rw 2: k 3, slip marker, k 4, p 4, across to last 3 stitches, slip marker, k 3. Turn

Rw 3: k 3, slip marker, p 4, k 4, across to last 3 stitches, slip marker, k 3. Turn

Row 4: k 3, slip marker, k 4, p 4, across to last 3 stitches, slip marker, k 3. Turn

Row 5: k 3, slip marker, k 4, p 4, across to last 3 stitches, slip marker, k 3. Turn

Row 6: k 3, slip marker, p 4, k 4, across to last 3 stitches, slip marker, k 3. Turn

Row 7: k 3, slip marker, k 4, p 4, across to last 3 stitches, slip marker, k 3. Turn

Row 8: k 3, slip marker, p 4, k 4,  across to last 3 stitches, slip marker, k 3. Turn

Repeat these four rows 4 times for the large size, for the small size 3 times.

Front button row

Rows 1 to 3: k 1, p 1, turn

Row 4: k 1, p 1, twice, bind off next 3 stitches, k 1, p 1, across to the last 7 stitches,

bind off 3 stitches, k 1, p 1, twice, turn

Row 5:  k 1, p 1, twice, cast on 3 stitches, work across row to last 4 stitches, cast on 3, k 1, p 1, twice, turn

Rows 6 and 7: k 1, p 1, across row, turn.

Bind off after row 7.

Back, repeat as for front but leave out the button holes.

Sew buttons on, weave in the yarn ends.

Materials:
1 ball cotton yarn
size 8 for small or 101/2 for large

Cast on 34 stitches:

Rows 1 to 3: Knit

Now start pattern.

Row 1: K 3, purl to last 3 stitches, K 3.

Row 2: K 3, (K 2 tog to last 3 stitches), K 3.

Row 3: K 3, *K 1, pick up horizontal thread before next stitch and knit*, repeat from * to * across row to last 3 stitches, K 3.

Row 4: Knit

Row 5: K 3, (purl to last 3 stitches) , K 3.

Row 6: Knit

Repeat rows 1 to 6 six times. Then rows 5 and 6 once. Bind off. Weave in the threads.

F hook
1 ball Peaches & Crème  Summer Melon Art. 930H

For sample ch 16 (3 x 5 + 1= 16)

Row 1: 1 ch, sc in every chain across row, ch 1, turn.

Row 2: sc in first sc, *2 ch, sk 2 sts, sc in next st*. Repeat * to * across row, ch 1 turn.

Row 3: 1 sc in first sc, *2 sc in 2 ch space, sc in next sc*. Repeat * to * across row, ch 1, turn.

  Repeat row 2 and 3 until square for sample.
For Dishcloth

Small chain 28, large chain 37

Row 1: 1 ch, 1sc in same place, 1 sc in every chain across row, ch 1, turn.

Row 2: sc in first sc, *2 ch, sk 2 sts, sc in next st*. Repeat * to * across row, ch 1 turn.

Row 3: 1 sc in first sc, *2 sc in 2 ch space, sc in next sc*. Repeat * to * across row, ch 1, turn.

Repeat rows 2 and 3 until square, do not turn.

Edging:
Rd 1: ch 1, 1sc in same place, 1 sc around dishcloth, placing 3 sc in each corner, join with slip stitch.

Rd 2: ch 2, 1hdc in same place and in each sc around dishcloth, placing 3 hdc in each corner, end with 2 hdc in last stitch, join with slip stitch.

Rd 3: working in back loops, work 1 hdc around dishcloth, placing 3 hdc in each corner, join with slip stitch, fasten off, weave in the ends.

SKP: Slip 1, knit 1, pass the slipped stitch over

Row 1: K 4, place marker, K1, *YO, K2tog, K3, YO, K1, YO, K3, SKP, YO, K1; repeat from * to last 5 stitches, place marker, k 5.


Row 2: (back) K 5, slip marker, Purl to next marker, slip marker, k 4.


Row 3: K 4, slip marker, K2, *YO, K4tog, YO, K3; repeat from * to last 7 stitches, yo, k 2, slip marker, k 5.


Row 4: K 5, slip marker, Purl to next marker, slip marker, k 4.

 
Row 5: K 4, slip marker, K1, *K1, K2tog, YO, K5, YO, SKP, K2; repeat from * to last 5 stitches, slip marker, k 5.

Row 6: K 5, slip marker, Purl to next marker, slip marker, k 4.

        1 ball  #10 Yellow
        1 ball  # 95  Red
        1 ball  # 185 Mexicali
         "G" hook

Skill Level: Intermediate

Stitches Used:
 Single Crochet  = sc
 Double Crochet = dc
 Double Trible Front Post Stitch = DTFP  (this is yarn over 3 times)

Rw 1: with Red, ch 28, 1sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across, turn.

Rw 2:  ch 2, 1dc in same place, 1 dc in next sc, * FPS, around next sc, skip sc, behind post, 1 dc in next 3 sc, repeat from * across, turn.

Rw 3: ch 2, 1 dc in same place, and in each dc across, fasten off Red, turn.

Rw 4:  attach Mexicali, ch 2, 1 dc in same place, 1 dc in next dc, * DTFPS (yo 3x) around post stitch of row 2, skip dc behind post, 1dc in next 3dc, repeat from * across row, fasten off, turn.

Rw 5:  attach Yellow, ch 2, 1 dc in same place, 1 dc in each dc & in each DTFPS across row, fasten off, turn.

Rw 6: Attach Red, repeat row 4,  turn.

Rw 7:  repeat row 3, fasten off Red, turn.

Rw 8:  attach Mexicali, repeat row 4, fasten off, turn.

Rw 9:  attach Yellow, repeat row 5, fasten off, turn.

Rw 10: attach Red, repeat row 4, turn.

Rw 11: repeat row 3, fasten off, turn.

Rw 12: repeat row 4, fasten off , turn.

Rw 13:  attach Yellow, repeat row 5, fasten off, turn.

Rw 14:  attach Red, repeat row  4, turn.

Rw 15: repeat row 3, fasten off, turn.

Rw 16: attach Yellow, ch 2, dc around, placing 3 dc's in each corner. Do not turn.

Rw 17: repeat row 16, fasten off, do not turn.

Rw 18: attach Red, ch 1, sc around, placing 3 sc's in each corner. Fasten off, weave in the ends.
